Sneakers are everywhere. Sneaker care is not.
Premium sneakers sell in the millions across India every year, and most cities still have nowhere reputable to clean or restore them. Dr Shoe fields 200+ enquiries a day in Delhi NCR alone — outside the metros, a ruined pair is more often thrown away than sent anywhere.
Learning it alone costs pairs. Solvent on suede that should have been brushed dry, a midsole stripped past its factory paint, a sole repaint that lifts inside a week — every mistake is somebody’s shoe. Seven years of those mistakes are behind us. You start from what they taught us.
Two programmes, side by side
Both tracks run at the same bench, to the same standard. They sit side by side here so you can read across and see where the shorter one goes lighter.
12-Day Intensive
For someone starting from nothing and building a studio of their own — craft, colour, repair, costing and launch.
- Material identification — leather, suede, nubuck, knit, mesh
- Chemistry, pH, dilution ratios and patch testing
- Brush grades, pressure and damage limits
- Full deep clean, controlled drying, de-creasing
- Midsole degreasing and de-yellowing
- Stain triage, dye transfer and odour at source
You leave certified, with your SOP pack, costing templates and a launch plan for a brand that stays yours — and our number for the first unfamiliar pair.

Enquire about the 7-Day EssentialsTaught on the studio floor
No borrowed slides, no theory room — you train on the floor that handles Delhi NCR’s daily volume, beside the specialists doing the work.
You train to run your own label, not a Dr Shoe outlet — the name over the door stays entirely yours.
Training runs inside a working business, one fielding 200+ enquiries a day across Noida, Dwarka, Gurugram and Hauz Khas.
Batches stay small and the pairs are real client work — supervised, to the deadline and finish standard the studio already holds.
Seven years and 15,000+ items settle what we teach — which adhesive holds, which solvent lifts a stain, which repair fails later.
You learn which solution suits suede, canvas, patent and full-grain leather, at what dilution and dwell time, and what quietly ruins each.
Your certificate is issued by a studio featured in The Times of India and Hindustan Times — with support for a defined period afterwards.
The programme leaves you with the craft and a plan you can run yourself. If you would rather we set the studio up and help run the business, we take that on as full consultancy — a separate retainer, agreed on the call.

Four steps to your seat
From the first message to your first morning in the studio, four steps and one conversation.

Fill the short form below with your city, your background and which track you’re leaning towards.
- 02Discovery call
We talk through the two tracks, your setup and what you actually need — and share pricing on the call.
- 03Confirm your slot
Batches are small, so dates are held one at a time — we block yours and confirm it in writing.
- 04Onboarding brief
A pre-course brief on kit, materials and what to bring, so day one starts on the bench, not the paperwork.

The terms, in plain English
These are the headline terms of the programme; the full set is shared in writing when you book, before anything is paid.
Seats are held against payment in advance, and that payment is non-refundable — a small batch cannot resell an empty seat. If we cancel or move a batch, you take a new date or a full refund.
A seat may be moved once to a later batch with reasonable notice, confirmed in writing when you book. Dates are otherwise fixed, though we will try to fit a missed day into a later batch.
The programme teaches the craft and how to cost the work; it is not a franchise and carries no licence to trade under the Dr Shoe name. We make no representation about income, customers or business results.
Our manuals, SOPs, formulations, dilution ratios and supplier arrangements are Dr Shoe’s own work. Use them in your own business — not to resell, republish or teach on as your own course.
We photograph batches for our own channels and will not publish a trainee who asks not to appear. Equally, do not photograph or publish another trainee, a client’s item or a client’s details without permission.
Real customer work is always supervised. If an item is damaged while you are following a trainer’s instruction, that is ours to put right — you are not asked to pay for it.
Solvents, heat and sharp tools are in use, so studio safety directions must be followed. We may ask someone to step off the floor if their conduct puts people or client property at risk.
We use the details you send to answer your enquiry and arrange your training, and we do not pass them on to anyone else. Write to care@drshoe.in to have them removed.
The complete terms come with your booking confirmation; if anything here needs clarifying first, call +91 93154 44048 or write to care@drshoe.in.
